How Verification Works
Rayntos uses a paperless digital self-declaration at booking time. Physical document inspection is conducted directly by the vehicle owner at handover.
Digital Self-Declaration (v1.0-2026-09)
Before paying the 3% booking confirmation fee, every renter confirms the mandatory self-declaration:
"I confirm that I hold a valid permanent two-wheeler driving licence (not a Learner's Licence) and a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport). I understand that Rayntos does not verify these documents. The scooter owner will check my original licence and ID in person before handing over the vehicle, and may refuse the booking if I cannot produce them. I am 18 years of age or older."
No Document Uploads
Rayntos does not ask for or store photo uploads of your Driving Licence or Government ID on our servers.
Owner Handover Check
The scooter owner will inspect your original permanent driving licence and photo ID in person before handing over keys.
What to Bring to Pickup
Original physical permanent two-wheeler driving licence (Learner's Licences are strictly inadmissible).
Original government photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport).
Rental fee and refundable security deposit to pay directly to the owner at handover.
